Building AI Integrators Website into a High Converting Website
Designed and developed the complete website for fit-ai.ai, a B2B SaaS platform offering AI Employees; intelligent, SMS-based AI agents that handle lead engagement, pipeline reactivation, customer support, and sales automation 24/7. Built entirely in Webflow, the site showcases how businesses can replace or augment human reps with scalable AI that integrates with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, and GoHighLevel. The project highlights a full end-to-end process: research-driven wireframing, intuitive user flows, modern UI/UX design, and clean Webflow development focused on conversion and trust-building.
New AI Company with Zero Online Presence and No Way to Generate Leads
As a startup with no website or digital presence, they had no professional way to explain their complex product, build credibility, or capture leads. Potential customers had no clear way to learn about or request a demo of their AI solutions. This created a critical bottleneck: strong product, zero visibility, and no structured path to convert interest into demo requests.
A High-Converting Webflow Website That Builds Trust and Drives Demo Bookings
I led the full design and development process for fit-ai.ai to clearly explain the value of AI Employees and convert visitors into strategy call bookings. Key highlights include: Wireframing & User-Flow: Started with detailed low- and high-fidelity wireframes to map a logical user journey; from hero section awareness to problem validation, feature deep-dives, ROI calculator interaction, social proof, FAQ, and a strong final CTA. The flow prioritizes quick scanning with clear hierarchy, progressive disclosure of benefits, and seamless mobile navigation. Design: Created a professional, tech-forward visual identity with bold typography, strategic use of gradients and icons, and a clean layout that emphasizes trust (testimonials, integrations, ROI calculator). The design balances information density with readability, using contrasting sections and ample white space to guide attention toward conversion elements. Development in Webflow: Built a fully responsive, high-performance site in Webflow with custom interactions, smooth animations, and an embedded ROI calculator. Focused on fast load times, SEO-friendly structure, accessible code, and easy client handoff for future updates. The result is a modern, conversion-optimized landing page that effectively differentiates AI Employees from basic chatbots while showcasing real business impact (95% faster responses, 90%+, significant labor savings).
